Psyllium for the removal of sand and support of intestinal function.

When does a horse suffer from accumulated sand?
This is easy to test by filling half a bucket with water and adding 5 to 6 manure balls. Leave the bucket for an hour and then check the contents. If there is more than 1 teaspoon of sand at the bottom of the bucket, the horse has ingested too much sand. It is advised to give the horse Zand-Weg.
