This frost protection heating cable prevents water pipes from freezing in cold weather.
Ideal for use in chicken coops, livestock barns, farm sheds, garages, horse stables, etc.

The thermal cable is simply wrapped around the water pipe, and the heat emitted by the cable prevents the pipes from freezing.
The thermostat with sensor contact must be placed firmly against the pipe and wrapped with insulating tape VORST050.

The built-in thermostat automatically switches the cable on at +3 degrees Celsius, as soon as there is a risk of the water pipe freezing.
In combination with insulation, the cable provides reliable frost protection down to a maximum of -45 degrees Celsius.
