This frost protection heating cable prevents water pipes from freezing in cold weather.
Ideal for use in chicken coops, livestock sheds, barns, garages, horse stables, etc.

The thermal cable is simply wrapped around the water pipe, and the heat output from the cable prevents the water pipes from freezing.
The thermostat with sensor contact must be placed firmly against the pipe and wrapped with insulating tape VORST050.

The built-in thermostat automatically and independently switches the cable on at +3 degrees Celsius, as soon as the water pipe is at risk of freezing.
In combination with insulation, the cable provides reliable frost protection down to a maximum of -45 degrees Celsius.
