Direct Udder Support, 12 × 60 g

The Direct Udder Support Bolus is a complementary feed for dairy cattle that has been specially developed to keep the herd healthy and resilient. Direct Udder Support promotes the animals' natural defense system and supports the maintenance of good udder health by utilizing the special properties of specific plants and herbs.

The bolus contains black garlic, ginseng, and chicory, all of which have unique properties that give a boost to the animals' immune system and udder health.

Black garlic is created when regular white garlic undergoes a ripening process, during which a number of important transformations take place. For instance, black garlic contains more than twice as many antioxidants as white garlic and is better absorbed. In addition, it does not have the unpleasant garlic smell. As a result, there is no effect on the smell of the milk.

Ginseng is a unique herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 3,000 years. Ginseng boosts the immune system and has an antioxidant effect. It also has a natural calming effect, which can support the animal in stressful situations.

Chicory is an important source of inulin, a group of dietary fibers that have been shown to have a prebiotic effect. This means that it promotes bowel function and a healthy gut flora. In addition, inulin strengthens the immune system and ensures tranquility in the gastrointestinal tract, which helps cattle feel better faster.

Feeding advice:
It is recommended to give 2 boluses per animal, with the option to repeat this after 5 days during periods of increased need, such as during drying off or calving. The boluses are administered orally using a suitable applicator.
