Dairy Calcium (white cap) is a complementary animal feed (dietetic mineral feed) for the reduction of the risk of milk fever and subclinical hypocalcemia. It is a source of highly absorbable calcium (fast-acting and long-acting) and, in combination with magnesium and vitamin D3, it supports the calcium metabolism.

Dairy Energy (yellow cap) is a complementary animal feed (dietetic feed) for the reduction of the risk of ketosis. It is a source of highly absorbable energy in the form of propionates and contains vitamins and plant extracts to support energy metabolism and liver cleansing.

Composition:

Dairy Calcium (white cap): calcium sulphate, glucose syrup, magnesium sulphate and magnesium stearate.

Dairy Energy (yellow cap): glucose syrup, vegetable stearic acid, rapeseed oil, dicalcium phosphate and magnesium stearate.

Feeding advice:

Administer 1 bolus of each variant (white and yellow cap) on the day of calving and repeat after 12 hours if desired.

For the reduction of the risk of milk fever and subclinical hypocalcemia:
12–24 hours before calving: 1 bolus white cap
Immediately after calving: 1 bolus white cap
10–12 hours after calving: 1 bolus white cap
24 hours after calving: 1 bolus white cap

For the reduction of the risk of ketosis:
In case of increased energy demand, administer 2 boluses (yellow cap) per day for 2–3 days.
Applicable in the risk period between 3 weeks before and 6 weeks after calving.

Administer orally using a suitable applicator.
