Broditop Monitoring Gel

Highly stable and extremely palatable bait for the early detection of rodent activity in sensitive and hard-to-reach areas. It is the ultimate bait for tracking rodents. It attracts rodents due to its high palatability, and the product sticks to their fur, causing them to groom and ingest it. The gel can also be applied as bait on or in (live catch) traps.

The Fluo-NP® technology in the gel facilitates the detection of nests and hiding places, as rodent droppings glow under UV light. It is the ideal choice when a highly attractive and adhesive bait is required, allowing it to be applied even in difficult locations.

Guidelines for use in bait stations:

Place the bait in bait stations or bait points that are out of reach of non-target animals. Place the bait in and/or around buildings, especially near areas where rodents may be present and in areas where rodents have hiding places.

It is recommended to record the locations in a logbook for subsequent inspections.

• Rats: Place up to 100 grams of gel every 5 to 10 metres.
• Voles: Place up to 75 grams of gel every 5 to 10 metres.
• Mice: Place up to 50 grams of gel every 5 to 10 metres.

The ideal procedure is to check the bait for rodent activity at least monthly, and more frequently during the autumn season. Replace contaminated bait immediately. If the bait has been consumed, replace the Broditop Monitoring Gel with Broditop Gel (BROD03000 + BROD05000) or traps until the infestation is under control. Broditop Monitoring Gel is non-toxic and can be disposed of in the same way as other food products.

Guidelines for use with (live catch) traps:

Mice and rats: Place bait in each trap, as is usually done with common attractants.
